Following a busy six months since launching we are delighted to expand our Scotland-wide business into Berwickshire and Northumberland from 14th September….TODAY!!
With our non-compete coming to an end for the Northumberland and Berwickshire market, we can’t wait to operate locally again. Berwickshire is where Patrick grew up and whilst we are enjoying operating across Scotland, it has been so hard declining property on our doorstep over the last few months. We are very much looking forward to continuing our service across Scotland, but also crossing the border into Berwickshire and Northumberland.
Before launching Paton & Co, Patrick gained extensive experience in both rural and urban markets in Berwickshire and Northumberland. He held a senior position with Smiths Gore running the Berwick and Wooler agency, and was the managing partner at Rettie in Berwick upon Tweed.
Since starting Paton & Co in March, we have been overwhelmed with the support we have received. The market has been incredibly buoyant, and we have achieved outstanding premiums for our clients in locations from Elgin to Melrose. We currently have a number of clients keen to come to market in the next few months and we can’t wait to share our new stock with potential buyers.
We have to be honest, it has been hard work setting up, but we are very happy to report our efforts are paying off to date and the reviews we have received have made us wonder why we didn’t set up years ago!!
