I've recently bought a cottage through Paton & Co, talking mainly with the two Katie's. However, everyone I spoke with was very helpful, advice was forthcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. I haven’t bought a property for a number of years so I was a bit apprehensive about starting the whole process, however, the Paton & Co crew soon calmed my anxiety with their efficient professionalism. Paton's have a consistent five star rating for a reason. They are excellent. In my case, I had a hideous, extended house sale with a dropped house chain and some desperately difficult people further up the chain from those buying my place. No fault of Paton's at all, but they helped recover, what looked like, a moribund sale and put the broken pieces back in place.
