Overview
Paton & Co advises a number of private estates on the management of their residential property portfolios. This includes overseeing day-to-day lettings management while also providing strategic advice on the long-term role of residential property within the wider estate business.
Across several estates we have managed portfolios of more than 100 estate-owned residential properties, ensuring that each property is well maintained, compliant with current regulations, and professionally managed for both landlord and tenant.
Alongside ongoing management, we also advise estate owners on the strategic sale of surplus or underperforming properties. These homes are marketed through Paton & Co’s bespoke agency service, ensuring they reach the right buyers while maximising their market value.
