Charity Binney-Winfield
Rural Surveyor
Charity is a Rural Chartered Surveyor who joined the firm in late 2025. Prior to this, she worked as a Rural Surveyor for Exmoor National Park Authority, where she managed a large and diverse rural estate after completing a Masters in Rural Land and Business Management at the University of Reading.
She now works with the surveying team across a broad range of rural property matters, applying her expertise while continuing to develop her professional experience. Charity is also working towards her letting agent qualifications.
