Emma manages the firm’s residential lettings portfolio and oversees the day-to-day administration of rental properties on behalf of landlord clients. Since joining the firm she has developed extensive knowledge of the Scottish lettings sector and the regulatory framework governing residential tenancies.
Her role includes coordinating property marketing, tenant referencing, tenancy agreements, maintenance and compliance requirements. Emma works closely with landlords and tenants to ensure properties are managed efficiently and that issues are dealt with promptly throughout the tenancy.
