Kate joined the firm in 2025 after more than a decade working as a rural surveyor and farm agent in southern England. She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014 and is also a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Her work focuses on rural estate management, agricultural property and valuation services. Kate combines professional consultancy work with managing her family farm, giving her practical insight into the challenges faced by agricultural businesses.
