Peter Graham

Peter brings over 40 years’ experience in estate and land management across Scotland. He has led the negotiation and management of major renewable energy developments, advised on environmental land use and natural capital, and overseen traditional rural estate operations including farming, forestry and sporting management. As former Global Chair of the RICS Membership Standards and Education Board, Peter offers a wealth of strategic insight and international perspective. In 2007, he launched Peter Graham & Associates, which later merged with Paton & Co, combining expertise to offer a broader range of estate agency, lettings, and rural surveying services. Peter provides strategic leadership across the business, supporting clients with long-term estate planning, land management and rural development opportunities and is particularly enthusiastic about delivering a fully integrated service for clients.
