Katy Woodcock

Katy joined Paton & Co in 2026 as Sales Progression Manager, providing a dedicated point of contact for clients once a property goes under offer and guiding them through to completion. She brings a wealth of experience from a career in communications, having worked with global brands in the UK and internationally. More recently, Katy worked closely with high-net-worth families, where her role evolved into property management and sparked a strong interest in the property sector. Based on a busy family farm in North Northumberland since 2014, she has also worked as a consultant to businesses across the county and into the Scottish Borders, developing excellent local knowledge. Katy is passionate about delivering a smooth, personalised service and building strong relationships to support clients at every stage of their property journey.
