Selkirk has schooling for all ages, which include a local and very well-regarded High School, otherwise the private school of St Mary’s is nearby. Broadmeadows offers easy access to Moffatt and the A74(M) and M6 via St Mary’s Loch, and the A7 and A68 south. Edinburgh to is easily accessed via the A7 or A703 north. All the other major border towns are within an easy drive and there is a regular bus service linking them all.
