We were under real pressure to find a house, but holding out for the ‘right house’ and had faced disappointments along the way. Throughout our search Paddy would regularly pick up the phone to check how our hunt was going or tell us about something interesting he had just seen. At a stressful time for us we felt our hand was being held and that we were very much in the forefront of his mind. In the white heat of the post Covid property market, some agents simply told us to ‘keep an eye on Right Move’ forgetting that each house hunter will some day be looking to sell and would always remember the agent who had been proactive and gone the extra mile. Paddy was simply impressive, with exceptional local knowledge and measured assessments which we felt we could trust. We are extremely grateful to him for his patience, professionalism, and importantly a human and reassuring approach to helping us find our lovely house. We cannot recommend Paton & Co enough for helping us with your house hunt and would not hesitate to sell through them, although we don’t plan on going anywhere soon.
